This journaling workshop is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect. Journaling is a practice we all know is beneficial, but do you have the tools to be successful within it? Are you struggling with consistency or motivation to make it a daily habit? What do you even write about? Our workshop covers it all and transforms the practice of journaling from a daunting chore to the most treasured part of your daily routine.

Led by Distinee Gayle, published author and founder of Fully Bloomed — attendees will be guided through a high-vibrational and restorative journaling session. The experience will also include a grounding breathwork meditation to help you arrive fully, soften your nervous system, and connect more deeply with yourself. This workshop is for both those who are seeking to establish a journaling practice for the very first time and for those are already devoted.
