Start with a feel-good mat Pilates session with Tanya Rockovich to awaken your body, then melt into a soul-soothing journaling experience guided by Fully Bloomed founder and published author, Distinee Gayle.

This journaling workshop will be focused on elevating your daily ritual, supported by exclusive guided prompts. Journaling is a practice we all know is beneficial, but do you have the tools to be successful within it? Are you struggling with consistency or motivation to make it a daily habit? What do you even write about? Our workshop covers it all and transforms journaling from a daunting chore to the most treasured part of your routine.

This session is perfect whether you’re brand new to journaling or already devoted. Each attendee will receive a vegan leather journal and gold pen to keep the reflections going well beyond the event.
