Discover the power of journaling as a tool for self-expression, self-discovery, and personal growth in this immersive one-hour workshop brought to you by Fully Bloomed in partnership with Mindspace.
Journaling is a practice we all know is beneficial, but do you have the tools to be successful within it? Are you struggling with consistency or motivation to make it a daily habit? What do you even write about? Our workshop covers it all and transforms the practice of journaling from a daunting chore to the most treasured part of your daily routine.
Led by Distinee Gayle, self-care strategist, published author and founder of Fully Bloomed — attendees will be guided through a high-vibrational and restorative journaling session to transfigure what it means to heal and what that truly looks like in day-to-day life. This workshop is for both those who are seeking to establish a journaling practice for the very first time and those are already devoted. Each ticket includes either a Fully Bloomed vegan leather journal of your choice or plain black journal. Come as you are, and leave with a refreshed perspective and a deeper connection to yourself.
